SIPvX integrates with the TDM PBX via UCtriX Voice over IP (VoIP) gateways, enabling businesses to choose a phased-in approach to VoIP implementations. SIPvX Unified Communication software runs on a hardened Linux OS, it offers features like multiple auto attendants, ACD, flexible call control, localization,integrated voice mail, presence, web- based management, a variety of UCtriX PSTN/IP gateways and supports standards based endpoints like Nortel/ Avaya, Cisco, Polycom, Mitel, Aastra and more.
The native SIPvX UC capabilities are extensive and include features such as unified messaging, click-to-call, find- me / follow-me, personal auto- attendant, personal conferencing, and support for high definition audio, real- time and intuitively easy-to-use communication using voice, video, instant messaging, conferencing and presence. SIPvX’s ability to interoperate with a large number of third party phones, PSTN/IP gateways making the solutions total cost of ownership (TCO) lower than a vendor specific and proprietary solution.
